    Description

"A beautifully proportioned family home where generous living space, incredible versatility and a sought-after Shrewsbury location combine to create the perfect setting for modern family life."

    Welcome To 35 Belvidere Walk

Tucked away within a cul-de-sac in one of Shrewsbury's sought-after residential areas, 35 Belvidere Walk is an impressive four-bedroom detached home offering generous and versatile accommodation arranged across three floors.

Extending to approximately 1,730 sq ft, the property has been thoughtfully designed for modern family living, combining a contemporary kitchen and breakfast room, inviting reception spaces and a light-filled extension. The result is a home that effortlessly balances style, comfort and practicality.

Outside, the spacious, low-maintenance garden is complemented by a substantial garden building, offering a wealth of possibilities for future owners. Whether used as a dedicated home office, private gym, creative studio or hobby space, this additional accommodation provides exceptional flexibility to suit a variety of lifestyles.

With beautifully proportioned accommodation, versatile additional space and Shrewsbury's historic town centre within easy reach, 35 Belvidere Walk offers a wonderful opportunity to enjoy modern family living in an enviable setting.

    Inside The Home

Stepping inside, the welcoming entrance hall immediately provides a sense of the generous proportions and versatile accommodation found throughout the home.

At the heart of the property is the modern kitchen and breakfast room, thoughtfully designed with family living and entertaining in mind. Featuring a range of high-quality Neff appliances, including an induction hob and integrated coffee machine, the kitchen combines contemporary design with everyday practicality. The adjoining breakfast area flows naturally into the light-filled extension, creating a wonderful space for family life and entertaining.

The main living space offers a warm and inviting atmosphere, perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Originally arranged as two separate rooms, the space has been beautifully reimagined to offer the best of both worlds. One side features a stylish media wall, creating an ideal setting for relaxed evenings, while the other provides a cosy retreat centred around a charming log burner.

The first floor offers three generous double bedrooms, providing excellent accommodation for family members and guests alike. Adding further practicality, this floor also benefits from both a family bathroom and a separate shower room.

Occupying the second floor, the spacious principal bedroom offers exciting potential to create a fantastic private suite. Naturally light and airy thanks to the large Velux windows, the room includes two wardrobe spaces, one of which could potentially be adapted to create an en-suite, subject to any necessary requirements.

    Gardens & Grounds

One of the standout features of 35 Belvidere Walk is the exceptional additional space available within the garden.

The substantial garden building offers a wealth of possibilities, whether you're looking for a dedicated home office, private gym, creative studio or space for hobbies. This versatile addition provides an excellent opportunity to adapt the home to suit the demands of modern family life.

The spacious, low-maintenance garden combines artificial lawn and patio areas, creating an ideal setting for outdoor entertaining, summer gatherings and family time.

To the front of the property, private parking and an EV charging point add further convenience.

    An Insight To Life

“We lived at 35 Belvidere Walk for many years before choosing to rent the property out and one of the things that has always stood out to us is how easily the house adapted to family life. From cosy evenings gathered around the log burner to entertaining friends and family in the bright and spacious kitchen extension, there is a lovely balance between sociable spaces and quieter areas to relax and unwind.

The flexibility of the accommodation has also been a real benefit to us. With generous bedrooms arranged across two upper floors and the additional garden building providing valuable extra space for working, the house has been able to adapt to our changing needs over the years.

We've also really enjoyed the garden, particularly during the warmer months and had a hot tub on the patio. The garden is easy to maintain and provides a great space for spending time with family and friends.

One of the things we appreciated most is the balance of the location. Belvidere Walk feels peaceful and tucked away, yet Shrewsbury and everything the town has to offer is still close by. It has been lovely to enjoy the convenience of town life while returning home to such a relaxed setting.”

    Location

Belvidere Walk enjoys a peaceful residential setting while remaining conveniently positioned for the centre of historic Shrewsbury.

Known for its distinctive character and rich history, Shrewsbury is the birthplace of Charles Darwin and is home to an abundance of beautiful architecture, independent shops, cafés, restaurants and cultural attractions. The town offers a wonderful blend of traditional charm and modern convenience, making it an increasingly desirable place to call home.

There is plenty to enjoy close by, from exploring the historic town centre and its independent businesses to enjoying a leisurely meal beside the river. The beautiful Quarry Park also provides a wonderful space for walks, picnics and family time, with its riverside setting offering a peaceful escape just moments from the heart of the town.

The location is also ideally placed for those wishing to explore further afield. Excellent road links provide convenient access towards the West Midlands and cities including Birmingham and Chester, while the historic city of Manchester can also be reached for shopping, dining, business and leisure. Heading west, the beautiful Welsh coastline and popular seaside destinations are within reach for day trips, offering everything from sandy beaches and coastal walks to picturesque harbour towns.

Combining a quiet residential location with excellent connectivity and easy access to both city life and the coast, 35 Belvidere Walk provides an exceptional setting for modern family life and a wonderful base from which to explore Shropshire and beyond.
